About me

Sport and fitness have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. After spending 15 years as a professional/semi-professional footballer I made the move into personal training 20 years ago.

From my experience as a competitive athlete to becoming a qualified strength and conditioning coach, one thing that remains consistent is my drive to deliver results.

I’ve trained some of my clients for over 15 years, working with them on training that they enjoy and feel challenged by to achieve their individual goals.

Services

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, work toward a particular fitness goal, are recovering from an injury and want to rebuild your strength or simply want to improve your general wellbeing, I’ll create a bespoke training programme to help meet those objectives. 

I train a variety of clients, each with different needs and goals. Motivation and accountability are key when it comes to reaching your fitness goals, as well as being challenged and feeling supported. One-to-one personal training is the best way to achieve those results.

For me it’s key to ensure each client has a tailored one-to-one training programme that is flexible and diverse so they are progressing effectively.

I train the majority of clients at a private training facility on Great Titchfield Street, W1W (a 2 minute walk from Oxford Circus Underground Station). In addition, I am available to train clients at their own residential gym or online, if applicable.
